Bridging Engineering Talent and Opportunity
The Association of Engineers of DRC Origin in South Africa (AEDOSA) is a non-profit, socio-professional organisation dedicated to uniting Congolese engineering professionals and contributing to the industrialisation of both the DRC and South Africa.
Since 2015
Registered NPO
Our Foundation
We, the Engineers of Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) origin, residing in South Africa, acknowledge that Engineering is a noble career. It is defined not only by the academic training received but also by the expectation it creates among political decision-makers and the general public for the development of countries.
Aware of the natural resources, including geological, mining, cultural and others of the DRC, and its geostrategic position and biodiversity, we recognise the role that is ours in the development of the DRC while abroad. We exist to provide a social and technical platform for discussion and the conveyance of ideas.
We wish to participate in the development of our own human capital richness in all areas of engineering and make our contribution to universal knowledge by encouraging younger generations to pursue the engineering career. Convinced that collective action is more efficient and cost-effective than acting individually, we decided to regroup and create this non-profit organisation.
